Looking for training in film skills?

The keyword in our title is "Amateur".

We cannot offer courses or any formal training in film production. We're a club that learns through shared experiences and conversation.
Some club evenings may be presentations from the more skilled club-members which is a great help to beginners but it is not a film-school.

Everyone is welcome but if you are a media student wanting to be trained in contemporary film techniques then you may be disappointed.

A good local training organisation is E17 Films who run workshops and classes on film production.
